Terms & Conditions Policy

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") set out the agreement between you ("Customer", "you") and Sarah Williams Photo + Film, including Socials with Sarah ("we", "us", "our"). By booking a service, purchasing a ticket, or attending an event, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
We provide photography and film services, event hosting, and related products as described on our website and promotional materials.
2. Booking & Payment

All bookings (photography sessions, events, memberships) are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit, as stated at the time of booking.

Payment must be made via our approved payment platforms (e.g., Bacs, Wix Payments).

Prices are clearly displayed on our website or provided in a written quotation.
3. Event Tickets

All event ticket sales are non-refundable, except where the event is cancelled by us.

If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person with our prior written approval.

We reserve the right to change the event date, location, or format if necessary (e.g., due to venue or safety issues).
4. Photography & Film Services

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the shoot, as outlined in your booking confirmation.

Image usage rights will be detailed in your photography contract — generally, clients may use images for personal use or agreed commercial purposes, but may not sell or license them without permission.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

For photography bookings, rescheduling may be allowed with at least 7 days’ notice; otherwise, the deposit is forfeited.

For events, tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred as per section 3.
6. Conduct at Events

We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive, offensive, or unsafe.

Alcohol consumption at events is only permitted for those over 18 years old.
7. Photography at Events

Events may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to your image being used in marketing, unless you inform us in writing before the event.
9. Liability

We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expenses incurred at our events or during our services, except where caused by our negligence.

You are responsible for your personal belongings at all times.
10. Intellectual Property

All photographs, films, and related creative content remain the intellectual property of Sarah Williams Photo + Film unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
